Conducerea SC PHOENIX GAMES SRL Bistrita a eliberat un comunicat de presa in care explica de ce jocul de Super Bingo Metropolis a fost anulat si nu a fost difuzat pe Antena 1. Motivul pentru care emisiunea Super Bingo Metropolis nu a fost difuzata la TV este explicat in comunicatul de presa de mai jos:
SC PHOENIX GAMES SRL Bistrita, in calitate de organizator al jocului de bingo transmis prin telele de teveiziune SUPER BINGO METROPOLIS, isi exprima regretul ca nu a putut transmite emisiunea saptamanala conform programului, in data de 19 februarie 2012, incapand cu ora 16:30 pe postul tv Antena 1.
Motivul obiectiv pentru care difuzarea emisiunii nu a fost posibila il reprezinta obstructionarea desfasurarii emisiunii de catre reprezentantii ANAF.
In cursul saptamanii viitoare, SC PHOENIX GAMES SRL va regurge la caile legale, uramand sa reprogramam emisiunea de azi, la o data ulterioara, in functie de rezultatul demersului obtinut de organizator.
SC PHOENIX GAMES SRL Bistrita, va comunica imediat ce va obtine o solutionare din partea institutiilor abilitate, cu transparenta si repsonsabilitate.
In cazul unui rezultat nefavorabil, participantilor la editia din data de 19.02.2012, li se va restiui integral contravaloarea cartoanelor de bingo achizitionate.
