Modificari importante ale regulamentului incepand cu editia din 05.09.2010.

In vederea asigurarii participarii jucatorilor la extragerile de taloane gratuite si cartoane de joc necastigatoare de la pardida precedenta, completarea lizibila si exacta a datelor de identificare solicitate de organizator constituie conditie obligatorie de participare.
Jucatorii au obligatia sa pastreze cartoanele de joc/taloanele gratuite/ cartoane necastigatoare in stare fizica initiala, din momentul achizitionarii/cumpararii, pana la data partied, depunerea in urne sau decontarea premiilor.
Nerespectarea de catre jucatori a prevederilor privind starea fizica a cartoanelor de joc/taloane gratuite/ cartoane necastigatoare, constituie motiv de anulare a dreptului de participare la joc, respective, nedecontare a premiului castigat.
Jucatorii poarta intreaga raspundere pentru orice neconcordanta in completarea eronata a datelor de identificare solicitate de rubiricile pre-tiparite pe verso cartoanelor necastigatoare/ taloanelor gratuite/
Daca la editia “SUPER BINGO METROPOLIS” sunt identificate tentative evidente de frauda (stersaturi, falsificari, modificari a starii fizice, etc) sau cartonul/talonu gratuite nu contine date de identificare solicitate de rubricile pre-tiparite, comisia va anula cartonul/ talonul gratuit respective.
Jucatorii castigatori au obligatia sa isi revendice premiile in termen de maxim 7(sapte) zile calendaristice de la data validarii premiilor.
Premiile nerevendicate in termenul de 7(sapte) zile vor fi reportate la fondul de rezerva, nemaiputuandu-se formula pretentii cu privire la acordarea acesotra.
Premiile de LINIE, BINGO, LINIE ACUMULATA METROPOLIS, BINGO ACUMULAT METROPOLIS, SUPER LINIE METROPOLIS si SUPERBINGO METROPOLIS se vor deconta pe baza cartoanelor validate.
Premiile speciale acordate pe baza taloanelor gratuite se vor putea deconta exclusive jucatorului care face dovada detinerii cartoanelor aferente seriilor inscriptionate pe taloanele gratuite validate.
Premiile speciale acordate pe baza taloanelor gratuite se vor putea deconta exclusive jucatorului care face dovada detinerii cartoanelor aferente seriilor inscriptionate pe taloanele gratuite validate. Premiile speciale acordate pe baza cartoanelor necastigatoare se vor putea deconta exclusive jucatorului care face dovada detinerii cel putin a unui carton valabil pentru editia curenta.
Decontarea premiilor in conditiile de mai sus se face pe baza actelor oficiale, ce dovedesc datele de identificare ale castigatorului de pe cartonul/talonul gratuite/ caronul necatigator validat.

Proceduri decontare premii SUPER BINGO METROPOLIS:
Atentie! Daca ai castigat la SUPER BINGO METROPOLIS nu trebuie sap latesti niciun avans, nicio suma de bani pentru a intra in posesia premiului! Premiile incep sa se deconteze incepand de luni, ora 13:00 .

- Daca ai carton castigator de linie, poti merge la orice agent de vanzari SUPER BINGO METROPOLIS incepand din ziua de luni ora 13:00, dupa fiecare partida si poti intra in posesia premiului tau;
- Daca ai carton castigator de BINGO, poti merge la orice agent de vanzari SUPER BINGO METROPOLIS incepand din ziua de luni ora 13:00, dupa fiecare partida si poti intra in posesia premiului tau;
- Daca ai carton castigator de premiu fix de la extragerile de talon gratuity sau carton necastigator, suna la 021-9594 si revendica-ti premiul – iti spui numele, prenumele, nr. Telefon, serie carton, nr carton si vei fi contactat ulterior de reprezentantul autorizat SUPER BINGO METROPOLIS;
- Daca ai castigat SUPER LINIE suna la 021-9594 si revendica-ti premiul – iti spui numele, prenumele, nr. Telefon, serie carton, nr carton si vei fi contactat ulterior de reprezentantul autorizat SUPER BINGO METROPOLIS;
- Daca ai castigat SUPER BINGO suna la 021-9594 si revendica-ti premiul – iti spui numele, prenumele, nr. Telefon, serie carton, nr carton si vei fi contactat ulterior de reprezentantul autorizat SUPER BINGO METROPOLIS;
